Only location.

Room size was very small, photos showing room are totally misleading about size. It was rated as 4 star but as per my assement its only 2 star hotel. No elevator, strongly not advised for families with young kids.

They need increase facilities little bit more

Hotel was lovely! Breakfast was very tasty, always fresh and well prepared for us. Very private and comfort atmosphere during our stay. I can really recommend this beautiful place!

Maybe the room could be complete with bigger mirror, shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom. But it is a very small detail. All was perfect!

Great location and friendly staff. The terrace has an incredible view.

I'm glad to meet these guys, they are very helpful giving you all the information clearly. The location is excellent to visit the main buildings. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet.

I know many hostels in the city centre don't have elevators like this place, but they helped me with my heavy luggage. Also breakfast could be presented better.

Location, room size

Breakfast is just a very poor economical plate not as mentioned that it's a buffet, even sugar for your one cup of tea you should ask for. Please be honest and write it's a self service plate.

Rooms were rather small.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.

The room was very small, the end of the bed was close to the wall with the TV on it, and one would bang against the TV while getting around the bed.

Murak and Mertcan were great to us. They made sure we had the best time possible in Istanbul. They made us feel home. Mertcan helped us set up dinner cruise and hamman. He also suggested places to shop. Location is walking distance from Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern. Lots of good restaurants around the area. Super safe!

We still loved the place but the room needs an upgrade. It needs aesthetics improvement.

Cosy property at an excellent location close to Sultan Ahmet Square and all the major sights nearby. Super courteous and helpful staff. Great rooftop restaurant with 360-views and a delectable menu.

Best receptionists i have ever seen. Very kind, helpfull and they even offer you tasty tea. The hotel is in my opinion in the best possible location you can have. Aproximately 5 minutes from Hagia Sofia. Breakfast is good and while you eat, you can enjoy beautiful wiew from the top floor to city center.

Restaurant in the morning was dirty (chairs with crumbles, stained table cloths). Furniture and room equipment was worn out (cigarette stains)

Value for money hotel. Good location. Breakfast was okay with a few variations every day.

The breakfast area was smelling like fish early in the morning. The fridge in the room wasn't working. The bathroom is not comfortable for tall people. The cleaning procedure was bad. Even if you place the label "do not disturb," they were entering the room for cleaning without knocking. Also, we informed the reception when we didn't want cleaning as we had our staff around the room, but still they were entering for cleaning without our permission.

The coolest staff I have ever met. They was so kind and helpful, they even registered us earlier. The location is top and of course the restaurant with the perfect view and nice service. One of the waiters(Ozan) made a special dessert for me. He made it red, because it’s my favourite colour, what a cute guy! Recommend it!

I really liked the hotel because of its location and especially the hospitality of the host. I encourage you to speak with the host, he has amazing recommendations and will help you with everything, also he is very pleasant and you have a lot to talk about. The restaurant is also placed nicely from which you will have an amazing view of the wonderful city of Istanbul. It’s great value for the money especially considering the location and the service.

The sound proof of the room wasn’t the best and we could hear the construction work happening in the other building, but that’s an exceptional case and would not be a problem especially if you plan to visit the city for the whole day. During the night everything was good and we slept like babies.

The stay in Istanbul kept evolving as the relationship with the people began to flourish.That's how it was at the Turk Art Hotel; initially, it was just supposed to be three days, but I ended up staying for a week.About the room: clean, accessible, equipped with TV, WiFi, tea, quiet, and cozy.The location: ideal – close to the city center, surrounded by attractions and appealing spots to explore the local culture.Value for money: truly remarkable – €30 per night (via a Booking promotion) for two people.The hotel features a restaurant with a city view. Hospitality is the dish of the day.Lastly, we received discounts at the restaurant, on the boat tour, and at the Hammam. In all these arrangements, special attention and care were given to our mobility to ensure we could fully enjoy the experience. Also, upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a smile, the resident cat (Sugar Candy), and a cup of tea.Conclusion: I highly recommend it.

The breakfast is on a terrace that overlooks the Hagia Sophia and is pretty good for the price we paid for the hotel, and they even let us go up late because we got to the hotel pretty late the night before. The staff were amazing, everyone so kind and helpful. One of the receptionists, Mert, was very lovely. He helped us find places to shop, helped us book a boat tour the same day, gave suggestions of what to do and was wonderful to talk to. The location is amazing, just around the corner from Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque, not even a 5 minute walk and its nice and quiet at night. The room was spacious and clean. They also allowed us to keep our luggage with them while we spent the day out before checking into our next hotel and helped us book a taxi to take us there at a good price. Would definitely come back here again 100%.

The door of the bathroom was a bit difficult to open but that was probably just our room.Everything else was great.

Many thanks to the receptionist Mert, he was so helpful. We enjoyed staying here. Location is amazing, it is near Aya Sofia and main sightseeing places can be reached just on foot. Rooms are a bit old but still in good condition. We will definitely be back here again

Room decor needs to be changed

Located at a very good Location with normal tasty Breakfast. Reception is very friendly.

Property was a Little old and things were broken, but I guess they are going for Renovation next week as the Reception guy said.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Although the room was small, I’m one person so it was fine.

The stairs were tricky and there is no lift. I slipped on the lower set which are made of marble and had no hand rail because it had already been ripped out of the wall. I bruised my rib and made for a difficult two weeks of traveling after that. To be fair, I could have been more careful. But also there should have been a handrail.
